We've bought many cars over the last 40 years. We've even bought several from Klaben. But our last experience from 3 days ago, exceeded any expectations we've ever had. Carl Esker was beyond helpful in finding us our car. I hate to use the words pushy or assertive, but that's been what most of our previous experiences have been with some salesmen. Carl is neither of those. I would, and will, highly recommend his services. The general manager, Tim, our salesperson Carl and finance person, Arica, made a great team. It was the most stress-free buying experience we've ever had. More
