I first visited Klaben in 2017 and had a great experience. Well, my lease was up, so I knew without question where I was going to go. I was in and out of there faster than it takes someone to watch their favorite show on Netflix! Let me start with the man, the myth, the salesman legend, Timothy Beane. Timothy had the exact truck I wanted, cleaned up, and waiting for me in the showroom upon my arrival. He put me in my dream truck, with the Night Edition color package and features I asked for. Oh, and he was able to do all that without breaking my bank account. Working with Timothy was easiest thing about the year 2020. If you want to buy/lease a vehicle without any hassle or games, just walk into Klaben and ask for “Sales Master Tim.” You won’t regret it. Nick Kulich took the extra time to help personalize the truck to my needs. He set up My Ram App, Uconnect App, helped me set up my Bluetooth, and walked he through the truck’s features. Not only is Nick incredibly personable and knowledgeable, but I learned he is also a Browns fan, so that made the small talk easy. Lastly, I worked with Kim Delvin in the Finance Department. Kim knocked out my paperwork faster than Mike Tyson knocked out Ricardo Spain. No one likes to do paperwork, but this may have been the fastest and easiest paperwork in the history of any paperwork. She is a pleasure to work with. Seriously, why would you buy a vehicle anywhere else? The entire process was seamless. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy. They were the most on the table of the RAM dealerships in the 40 mile radius on the east side of Cleveland. Then at closing the interest rate went up and a new rebate was included. I paid less but got a higher interest rate. That tells me they got an additional perk/commission on the back end. Run from Ganley and HAAZ as fast as you can. More
