I had the most excellent experience while purchasing my new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. My salesmen were beyond helpful, professional, and accommodating. Seriously, walk into that dealership and ask for Timothy and Jeffrey Beane. They were not pushy or overly aggressive, as some of my past experiences have been with other salesmen. They were able to work with me to get me a new truck, that was well within my budget. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, or that I was just another sale. Timothy and Jeffrey Beane got me the truck I wanted, the color I wanted, and for a payment that worked with my budget. The dealership was clean and professional as well. Once my truck was purchased, Timothy and Jeffrey Beane also took the extra time to help personalize my truck to my needs. They connected my phone to bluetooth, showed me the Uconnect app and how it works, and even walked me through the features on the truck. Once I went to the finance department, Kim Devlin made my paperwork quick and effortless. I usually hate filling out all the paperwork, but Kim made the experience painless as she quickly, but throughly explained the papers while I signed. I am overly extremely pleased with my time at Klaben in Kent and will be referring all my family and friends to Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Kent.
