They were both extremely knowledgable about the Wranglers, and made the whole experience pleasant for my wife and I. Quick, easy, great price! Best experience ever using the CarProUSA process! Since I live 2 hours away, I made the deal to order the new RAM truck via email and by phone. Six Best experience ever using the CarProUSA process! Since I live 2 hours away, I made the deal to order the new RAM truck via email and by phone. Six weeks later I traveled to Klaben to pick up my truck. Paper work and detailed overview of new truck took about two hours. This is the least amount of time I have spent at a dealership. Tim Beane and John Coco were terrific. Tim answered all my questions when I was ordering the truck and we quickly agreed to an unbelievable price. Tim and John greeted my wife and I when we arrived to pick up the truck and John then introduced us to Kim in finance and we quickly signed the papers. Next John spent considerable time going over the features of the truck including setting up the Uconnect system and connecting my iPhone. He demonstrated the self park feature of the truck and many other features. No stone was left unturned. Can't say enough about my great experience at Klaben. Thanks! More
