First impression was not good I walked around looking at cars then went in to see a salesman , looked at a few cars in the showroom and no one acknow First impression was not good I walked around looking at cars then went in to see a salesman , looked at a few cars in the showroom and no one acknowledged me so I was going to go to another dealer when a young man walking across the lot asked if I needed help finding something. I was going to leave since I spent enough time for nothing but I'm glad I stayed we talked and he helped me decide on the model that was best for me and then we found out they didn't have the color in that model so he and the mgr worked it out and gave me a good price on a better car.. Noah was a joy to deal wiheyth as was kim who took all my money .. I will surely buy another car from Noah when it's time !! More

The communication in setting up the appointment was clear and prompt. We were greeted at the door by Ryan who was ready to help us by listening first and explaining second. He was very knowledgeable about their products and services and was there to serve us as opposed to work a quick deal...no pressure. Ryan, Tim and Kim stayed late to assist us in wrapping up the sale and completing the paperwork even though it was well past close. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would encourage anyone to go there for sales and/or service as it was clear to me that this is a top shelf, honest and reputable dealership. More

Very positive experience with Klaben My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben si My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben since I was familiar with their service department. The first contact we had was Gil Perrin. He was very friendly and most understanding that I needed information about purchase or lease options and features of both the caravan or other choices. He was very patient and thoroughly answered my questions. I wanted a back up screen and side mirror warning of close vehicles. That left out the Caravan. We moved to the Pacifica. He offered a test drive, which I originally declined, but he had heard me say earlier that I did not want a black vehicle, so he took me to look at a Pacifica nearly the same gray of the Caravan I had. We then talked again a test drive and with my son-in -law agreeing with Gil that a test drive would convince me whether or not I liked the vehicle, I drove the car. That closed the deal. I loved the feel of the car and could see the road almost as good as the Caravan. That left all the paperwork and the option of leasing seemed most practical for me. Gil worked out the details. He was great with everything. He offered to help me learn all the new electronics I am not familiar with and is still doing so. He turned me over to Brian Franklin who very efficient and handled everything while the car was being detailed so I could drive it home. I had arranged with Gil to bring my Caravan title in first thing Monday and he was going to put my cell phone information in the Pacifica. Gil had an emergency Monday and I don't recall the person who stepped in and did that for me. He was most accommodating. Everyone I have encountered at Klaben has been first rate. Gil again yesterday helped me with adjusting to some of the technical features. One additional comment which has nothing to do with Klaben. This Pacifica came with Yokohama tires. I have never in my life driven on anything but Goodyear tires. When I started working at Goodyear in 1955, I bought a 1951 Hudson equipped with Goodyear retreads for $500. All my vehicles since have had Goodyear tires. This is a first for a long time Goodyear employee and current retiree. More
