He insisted my check was not accepted and pushing me to get a loan through them (aka make more money) i had to waste an hour on the phone with my bank telling me he is a lier and wants more money by me getting a loan there . So i asked for the manager and he said no we do take your check and accepted it. and the financial guy i guess was upset and made me sit there 2HOURS the place was empty he made me wait u till they literally closed to do the paper work. claimed he was busy with someone but i saw him walking around multiple times. tim had to keep calling him and looking for him to see what is going on i asked if the other guy was just being a jerk bc he wanted me so bad to get the loan there he said ehhh im not sure which means yes he agrees with me . I did NOT appreciate that it's so unprofessional and will let everyone know! and told suncoast in arcadia about him telling clients they don't accept their checks yet he said he would put it through their suncoast in order to trick and lie to people and she was going to file a report because of the incident. again very bad experience!!!!!!! More

I have just recently started going to BMW of Sarasota. Carlos Munoz has been great. He is direct and to the point, gets you in and out after the work is done. He tells you about issues and reward programs but doesn’t feel pushy at all. He has been everything I expect from an advisor. So far my interactions with BMW Sarasota have been excellent. I hope that doesn’t change. Because I have had nothing but problems since day one with Porsche of Tampa. And they are both owned by Morgan Auto Group. Highly recommend Carlos and BMW Sarasota though. More

Buying a car should not be such an absolute pain in the xxx. They were so crazy anxious to close a sale. We came to this dealership, even tho is was a 45 minute drive. We did not intend to purchase a car at that moment, butwe did. They required that my wife drive 45 minutes home to write a check, then send them a picture of the check. Then, they had a driver come to our house to pick up the check. Also, they had my wife send a photo of the check to the dealership but apparently ‘that didn’t work’. I waited until the driver returned to the dealership with the check. The entire process took about 4 hours. Due to the distance and rush hour this process was ery inconvenient and unbelievably time consuming. Honesty, i paid cash for my last three Lexus cars and it was seamless. I will never purchase a car from a BMW dealer again. I was there until way after the dealership actually closed for the day. More
