I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Tim is the the most knowledgeable and also the most professional new I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Tim is the the most knowledgeable and also the most professional new car salesman I've ever worked with. He's the nicest too. Thorough, prepared, prompt and he always has a kind word and a smile on his face. I never question the deal I get from Tim and there's no point in shopping it. It's never been beaten. Tim always finds a way to get you more than you thought you could afford for less than you would otherwise expect to spend. The Hassett service department is the best on Long Island. I never wait when I drop my car off. They take care of me immediately and I drive off. I'm completely satisfied with Hassett of Wantagh and Tim Coppola. More

Ford was offering a lease program that forgave the rest of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements o of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements of this new program. I met with Tim and he put me in a 2012 Lincoln that had more features than my 2011 for 10 dollars less than my original agreement. Thanks, Tim! More
