He seemed to have all the time in the world to help me when I knew that he was really busy. For example, when he showed me the car before I drove off, he explained each and every feature in detail so he could be sure that I would be able to operate the car. I was very close to buying a Honda Fit --and then I called Hasset Ford and luckily got to speak to Tim. He was fair and honest and friendly. In sum, he made the entire experience easy. I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Tim is the the most knowledgeable and also the most professional new I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts.
