I must tell you I do not like shopping for a new car, I tend to approach it with great dread. I immediately was put at ease when Tim OConnor approached me. His demeanor made the whole process effortless. He listened to what I wanted, showed me my options, and within minutes I was test driving a Ford Escape. Fantastic! So quick and easy!! I was home on leave and needed a new car. I spend two days at a small dealership near my home because it was close, I didn't get anything done in thos I was home on leave and needed a new car. I would go and sit while they did nothing to help me, just give me vehicles I didn't want, out of my price range, ect. So we took a trip to Suburban Ford and was in and out in 3 hours with a brand new Fusion with everything I wanted, for in my price range! It was such a lovely experience. I worked with Tim O'Conner and he was fantastic! Helped me find my exact car I wanted, the gadgets and gizmos, and had me in and out of there in no time! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff! More
