The follow-up after buying the car was great - they didn't just "forget" about me. Tom in Finance made signing-my-life-away a whole lot more pleasant. His demeanor made the whole process effortless. He listened to what I wanted, showed me my options, and within minutes I was test driving a Ford Escape. Fantastic! So quick and easy!! I was home on leave and needed a new car. I would go and sit while they did nothing to help me, just give me vehicles I didn't want, out of my price range, ect. So we took a trip to Suburban Ford and was in and out in 3 hours with a brand new Fusion with everything I wanted, for in my price range! It was such a lovely experience. I worked with Tim O'Conner and he was fantastic! Helped me find my exact car I wanted, the gadgets and gizmos, and had me in and out of there in no time! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff! More

"As you wish" I have followed my salesman from Causley to here. Even though he no longer is in the selling function, he gets me sales person that fills the requirem I have followed my salesman from Causley to here. Even though he no longer is in the selling function, he gets me sales person that fills the requirements: make, model, monthly payment. I do not get pressured into additional warranties. Financing always goes smoothly. I believe this is upwards to ten plus new and used cars through the years. More
