Justin Witman, my sales rep, is si I went to Savage 61 to test drive a new SUV and ended up driving away with my dream vehicle - a 2015 Jeep Wrangler! Justin Witman, my sales rep, is simply the best! He was friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and extremely helpful. My previous car buying experiences with other dealerships left a lot to be desired, but Justin, Tim (manager), and Brad (finance) made this the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had! I received a generous amount for my nearly worthless trade, they arranged rapid financing, and I received a very competitive price! Justin, Tim, and Brad Gingrich (finance) even stayed well past closing time on Saturday to make sure I was able to drive away with my new car that day! Justin provided me with valuable information about the referral incentive program and even followed up with me to answer any questions I may have. It's obvious that he truly loves his job and enjoys helping people! I would highly recommend Savage 61 to anyone in the greater Berks County region interested in purchasing a vehicle. Awesome customer service!! Bob was sent to us when we learned the salesman we usually use was off that day.
