Despite the cold, she provided MORE than pictures, but completed a video walk around of the car, showing blemishes and anything that might be a concern -- nothing was hidden. During the test drive, I heard noises that concerned me. Immediately upon our return, the Service Manager had pulled up the service records, and confirmed what I heard was a non-issue. Following the purchase, the service engine light came on -- and I received a FREE (really $0) diagnostic review and an estimate for the repair cost. In all, I am pleased with my purchase and offer only one reminder: complete your own Motor Vehicle paperwork. They do NOT need to complete it by law and it saves you hundreds of dollars. More

Sales experience at Prestige Volvo I purchased a certified pre-owned xc60 from Prestige on March 30. I went to the dealership last week & Tina showed me the xc60 & reviewed all of the I purchased a certified pre-owned xc60 from Prestige on March 30. I went to the dealership last week & Tina showed me the xc60 & reviewed all of the features & we took the car for a test drive. Afterwards I told Tina that I was considering a Mercedes GLK. Tina did an excellent job pointing out the Volvo advantages over the competition, which over a few days I came to agree with. On Friday evening, between Joel, Tina & myself we came to agreement on an overall price (including trade-in). Yesterday I picked up the car, all of the paperwork was pre-prepared and then Tina took me through the litany of features & controls and off I went. I think this crossover SUV will be great vehicle & all "10"s" for my experience with Tina, Joel & the staff at Prestige. I would highly recommend this dealership, More

Very good service. We negotiated the price on the internet with Tina, she was very fast to response back to me and gave me a very good price. We came to sign the papers and Pat was able to drop the i internet with Tina, she was very fast to response back to me and gave me a very good price.
