I had a great experience working with Tina. First of all she responded to my initial email in under 10 minutes which impressed me. She really helped me make a big decision to lease my 2014 S60. She was really accommodating with all of my requests, knowledgable about the car and super approachable and responsive to all of my emails/phone calls. This was an easy and positive experience and really thank Tina for all of her help. More

The customer service was outstanding, with a genuine interest in meeting the customer's needs. I had been looking for a used SUV and came across an ad for one at Prestige Volvo. Knowing they they had been in business for years, I went to look and take a test drive. They were quite honest and exerted for one at Prestige Volvo. Knowing they they had been in business for years, I went to look and take a test drive. They were quite honest and exerted no sales pressure at all. They followed up with an email a few days later asking for my thoughts, and as it turned out, I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Tina and Pat made it very easy, and I will gladly recommend doing business with them to anyone I know interested in one of their vehicles. More

Found a brand and model I was interested in on line. Tina Bilokin responded to question in minutes and set up a test drive for later that day. Initially the value was similar but not better to a newer, lower mileage vehicle at another dealership and we were inclined to pass on Prestige. Working with the sales manager Tina was able to get the deal done by presenting our position as buyers and where we felt the value could be increased in the Prestige offering. Right from the moment I entered the dealership i was very well received. Tina was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. She addressed the questions I had in my email After requesting quotes from a variety of dealers, I receive an immediate email from Tina at Prestige. She addressed the questions I had in my email regarding the C70 I was interested in and was able to give an idea of price. Unlike other dealers who sent emails with basic information and then left me to do the work, Tina sent a friendly, personal email that was informative and more professional than any of the others I received. She provide regular and immediate follow-up to my inquiries and questions, but was not the typical pushy car salesperson. While we spoke on the phone as I did with other dealers, Tina was amenable to allowing me to shop on my terms - my work and personal schedule required me to pursue much of my search via email and some phone follow-up. While other dealers either refused to work that way or required that I come in to discuss the car and pricing, Tina was able to do much of this without requiring me to be onsite - it was a great help and relief for me. And best of all, she was able to locate and procure a car that filled my needs (from a limited market) while others didn't want to bother searching ("sorry, we don't have any here"). It was particularly rewarding because she was able to get me the car I wanted at a significantly lower price than other dealers I received quotes from. After I agreed to purchase, the follow-up continued - she worked hard to get the car I ordered in and available to me. She took time to answer any questions I had and vowed to continue to do so even after I drove off the lot. TIna was a pleasure to deal with - diligent, pleasant, helpful. It was a low pressure, focused process for me in making my purchase and I look forward to dealing with Tina as a new owner of a C70. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Volvo speak to Tina. More

Prestige Volvo is always an easy car buying/leasing experience with great customer service and fair pricing (4 cars so far). Matt, Tina and Pat were all pleasant to work with and very helpful. After my 2001 S40 told me it was time to move on, I found myself at Prestige Volvo checking out the new XC60s. It was a natural option to go there since I serviced my S40 there all the time and I found out myself at Prestige Volvo checking out the new XC60s. It was a natural option to go there since I serviced my S40 there all the time and I found out that they participated in the Costco auto program. All of this led me to meeting with Tina Bilokin. She was a pleasure to deal with. Tina then introduced me to Rich Curto to assist with the car buying process. Rich was also a pleasure to work with. They were both patient with me as I thoroughly did my research and as I "toyed" with the idea of a Toyota Highlander vs. the Volvo XC60 vs. the BMW X3. I never felt any of the stereotypical negative feelings one may get when shopping for a new car while dealing with Tina, Rich or Prestige in general. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for Prestige, they did not have the XC60 in their current inventory that met my needs. I say fortunately for them because that shows to me that they are good at selling their vehicles! Long story short, I did have to go to another Volvo dealer to get the XC60 that I wanted, but if they would have been able to get the one I wanted (2013 XC60 demo), I would have purchased it from them. I would highly recommend going to Prestige and working with Tina and/or Rich! I also plan to have Prestige do the maintenance on my new XC60 since I had to buy the car from a dealer 1.5 hours away from me. On a final note, the Volvo owner loyalty program is an awesome one and neither Toyota nor BMW would match it for my business. Go Volvo! More
