Tina Bilokin, the internet sales representative I worked with was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the purchase process. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and needed to have all questions answer with was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the purchase process. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and needed to have all questions answered via phone, email and video presentation. Tina was very accommodating and patient with any questions I had. She connected me with appropriate department managers to discuss finance or other matters in a very timely manner. After the sale, Tina has taken the initiative to contact me in general follow up as well as in completing the vehicle registration process. More

My wife and I were looking for an XC60 all around the Northeast. Although we didn't buy from Prestige, they were by far the nicest and most helpful. It was a pleasure working with Tina Bilokin. She was very responsive from the first point of contact to the last as we left the dealership in my new XC60. We travelled a long way to get to this dealers very responsive from the first point of contact to the last as we left the dealership in my new XC60. I contacted Tina regarding a pre-owned Volvo that I had some questions about and she went above and beyond (made a video of the car with all of its features, etc...) to make sure we had all the information some questions about and she went above and beyond (made a video of the car with all of its features, etc...) to make sure we had all the information we could have needed to make a smart, informed purchase. We ultimately went a different route and bought a car from a different manufacturer, but Tina was fantastic to talk with and I would highly recommend giving her and Prestige a shot. More
