We always use you guys and never had an issue. For some reason this van had back ordered parts for 2 months but we were able to buy online in 2 days and deliver to u for repair. After repair a day later we noticed no coolant in the engine and had to fill ourselves today. We are hoping nothing breaks due to this but will be watching it closely. Hence the 3 stars not 5 More

Been in 3 times to get a door lock fixed (warranty). Finally got it fixed, but the door lock was put in improperly. I have Mopar prepaid oil changes and while the initial service attendant provided a near $0 balance based on this, when picked up I was charged for the price of an oil change because it did not show me ha service attendant provided a near $0 balance based on this, when picked up I was charged for the price of an oil change because it did not show me having any prepaid oil changes left. A few days later I called Mopar and I still have prepaid oil changes, so not sure where the disconnect is. No issues other than this, which is the reason for 3 stars. More
