Dropped off vehicle day prior to having a 7am appointment to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. Took over 3 and a half hours of calling every 20 to 30 min before I had the sale to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. My vehicle still has a fuel smell coming through the vents and mixing into the oil but they couldn't find any issue. $250 diagnostic fee for nothing. More
