So I’ve have 1 major service at this dealership yes the service was done but when I got the vehicle back I found tools in my engine bay and I found boots missing and things were not put back together prope service was done but when I got the vehicle back I found tools in my engine bay and I found boots missing and things were not put back together properly the other service I had done here was a oil change sadly I didn’t have the time to do it myself as I would do normally and they claimed that my oil filter cap was stripped which I know it was not because I was the last person to touch it so I was upset about that as well I’m not gonna say these things were don’t intentionally but the quality control needs to be worked on everything else is fine but the mechanics need to be talked to about quality More

Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me.
