They use to have a guy there that greeted people and now he was eliminated. It's very confusing now when you go for service you don't know if someone is going to come out and tell you where to go. he was eliminated. They didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in. They had four people working and made me wait quite a while before even checking me in. I was early. They said it would take about one to one and a half hours so I opted to wait there. They weren’t done till two hours later. I spent 2 and a half hours in a waiting area with no cell service and crappy WiFi. Had I known I wouldn’t have opted to wait. More

Sales team and service team at Toyota Vallejo are the best. I've purchased two cars from them so far and just had one of the cars serviced due to two blown out tires and damaged rims from a pot hole. The Vallejo Service Team (Chris) kept me informed on repairs and handled coordination with the tire & wheel warranty plan we purchased when we bought the cars. Absolutely best service. More
