A service person was excellent. He handled everything very appropriately and professionally. The only issue I have is that my maintenance light came on and it was at 30,000 miles I paid for the pre-ma very appropriately and professionally. The only issue I have is that my maintenance light came on and it was at 30,000 miles I paid for the pre-maintenance up to 40,000 miles. Due to the time of the vehicle I had to use the 35,000 maintenance program which I think is wrong because I’m only at 30,000 miles so I should’ve use the 30,000 miles maintenance. More
