Their office was very welcoming, with wi-fi and a comfortable seating area, perfect for entertaining your children. I am by no means an easy negotiator, but the final deal was exactly as discussed, and there were no last minute surprises. Willing to go the extra mile...literally! Big Steve was willing to drive over 2 hours through bad traffic just to meet me, do the paperwork on the road, and take my trade in as we traded vehic Big Steve was willing to drive over 2 hours through bad traffic just to meet me, do the paperwork on the road, and take my trade in as we traded vehicles. The entire process took less than 20 minutes to trade in one van, buy another van and do all the paperwork all because Big Steve was prepared, professional and courteous.
