Once again Herb Chambers Honda knocks it out of the park! Bought my first Honda Accord hatchback in 1977, and have owned Honda Accords ever since. I first became a customer of Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, MA when I moved to the area a little over 3 years ago with my 2006 Honda Accord, which was the best one ever. When it needed minor service I became a loyal customer of their service department, especially Chris Cooper, their Service Manager, who has helped me in so many ways. Their service has always been fast, fairly priced, and I've always felt like their most important customer. I also love the ambiance in their waiting area, where I get a lot of work done on my laptop, and eat a lot of their free food & beverages. I worked with one of their service guys who was great but left recently, so I've started working with Randy Robinson, who I'd met briefly a couple of times in the past; and he's been great. 2.5 years ago I had 2 very serious spinal operations, with a 5-month recovery time. Whenever my car needed something done during those 5 months they came & got it, serviced it, and brought it back. Imagine my shock the first time I worked with Randy when he asked how my back was doing. How did he pick up on that? You can also imagine my shock when, about 18 months ago after I wrote something online about how great they were and received a personal note from Herb Chambers himself. Yes, maybe someone wrote it for him, but it was still pretty impressive, and incredibly customer-centered. Well, 3 days ago, after 12 years and over 130,000 miles, my old Accord's climate control system died, and it was going to cost over $4,300 to repair it; so I reluctantly decided to buy a new one. However, I'm 70 years old and am retired on a very tight fixed income, so the prospect of buying a new car was not exciting. Fortunately my friend Chris Cooper introduced me to Adam Tremblay, their General Manager, and he introduced me to the most amazing salesperson I've ever worked with named Norman Methe. Norm spent a good amount of time with me. Because of my budget situation he suggested looking at one of their very attractive prior-owned cars. But my dad's car-buying philosophy was always "Buy it new and run it 'til it falls down dead," so I said I needed to buy a new one. But I couldn't afford the one I wanted, so he suggested leasing it. I'd never considered that, and yesterday (one day later) I picked up the most space-aged car I've ever seen. I actually feel like a "Beverly Hillbilly" in it, because the science of car technology has become astoundingly advanced and complex. Not sure I'll ever figure everything out, but Norman spent a lot of time showing me the most important stuff, and then he gave me his personal cell phone number and email address, and told me to contact him with any questions. And here's a final example of what they do. Their car inspection machine wasn't working yesterday, so they weren't able to get the inspection sticker on it before handing it to me. Norman said I could return anytime in the next 7 days to get it when the machine was working, or I could get it done somewhere closer to my home, send him the billing receipt, and he would reimburse me. You really gotta love these folks! More

We had been in touch previously with their internet consultant Camille Eckhardt who was very helpful. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were lucky enough to get Dave Sneade as our salesman. He was so helpful and we felt zero pressure put upon us. He was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Between Dave and Honda management we were able to come to an amicable agreement and leased the new car. As we live an hour away, we dreaded having to go back to get it the next day to pick it up. Dave said he had a management meeting the next day in a town close to us and would happily drive it to us and pick up our trade in. He spent time going over the different functions of the car with us. Obviously, he went over and above and we can't praise him enough More

Herb Chambers Honda, THE Best! I went in for a question about a trim piece on the steering wheel of my new 2018 CR-V, as well as a State Inspection Sticker. I met with Randy Robinso I went in for a question about a trim piece on the steering wheel of my new 2018 CR-V, as well as a State Inspection Sticker. I met with Randy Robinson the Service Advisor who was great. He immediately went a got Jeremy the Shop Foreman, who came right out to the car to look at the part I was concerned about, and addressed my concerns. I then asked Jeremy if he could also do an inspection sticker while I was there. He said if I had 30-45 minutes, he could definitely get that done. I went back in, sat with Randy who wrote up the service ticket, and then went to wait in the waiting area. Within forty minutes Randy came over to tell me that the car was all set. I have been leasing Honda's at Herb Chambers in Westboro for many years, and having recently encountered another Honda dealer, I can say without any reservation, that Herb Chambers is by far the best. All of the employees in Westboro go out of their way to see that every customer is treated with respect and leave with a smile. Randy, Jeremy and Jose in service and Jeff in transport, are all unmatched, and I want them to know how much I appreciate the way they take care of me every time I'm in for service. I also want to acknowledge the cashier (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten), as when I called earlier that morning, she was not only extremely upbeat and attentive to my concerns, she also took the time to check to see if a particular mechanic I was looking for, was working that day. Excellent job by all, all around, A+! More

There was some miscommunication with Toan on the tire protection plan. I had waived everything, but was charged the tire protection plan. However, it was quickly corrected by reimbursing the amount through paying down the principle of the loan. More

The Experience was no where near as Painful as I expected! I found the Jeep I wanted to purchase online at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Ususally, dealing with dealerships has not been one of my favorit I found the Jeep I wanted to purchase online at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Ususally, dealing with dealerships has not been one of my favorite things to do, but I was pleasantly surprised with my encounter with the sales staff. Johnny Tang was my salesman, and at times he didn't seem as confident as I would have liked, but he knew where to go to get answers and he never misled me. I was very satisfied with his performance, as I never felt pressured (a pet peeve) and was allowed to take everything in and make my own time alloted decision. Johnny was very sincere and polite and a pleasure to work with. I think you have a gem in the making there! I had a plan to finance the vehicle and I was able to stick to it without any grief from the finance department. The finance officer was also very polite and accomodating. He did his job without forcing anything down your throat. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and more importantly, I don't feel like I was taken advantage of...a great vehicle for a fair price. I hope to do business there in the future! More
