I need the AWD to get to Dana Farber reliably for my treatments. My little sedan just wasn't cutting it in the winter. It took them a lot of effort to help this average credit woman with some inequity in her trade in, but they worked hard and I'm going home today in the car I picked out with bells and whistles. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I also had email conversations prior to coming in with a Camille and she is fantastic with answering questions and being available! Great team here! ***** I am back to edit my review. I still give Five Stars to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I had to bring my car in because it was having trouble starting and figured it was the battery. I understand that can happen in the cold, but this happened on the warm days, too! After checking about my warranty with Toan, I pulled into service and was again greeted by Randy Robinson, who had handled my registration a couple of months ago. Not only did Randy remember me, but he also remembered the issue I was having with my Sirius XM and was determined to get that fixed as well while checking out my car. Full service inspection, new battery, new light bulb (I had no idea my taillight was out!) HC Honda of Wboro seriously takes care of you! I think Randy went above and beyond and could not be more pleased with this place! if you're considering a Honda, go to Herb Chambers Honda of Wboro! More

I began with a search online for. 2017 Civic. Told them what car I was looking for. They found exactly what I was looking for in a 2018 and offered the same price as the 2017. That we had agreed upon John Nguyen went out of his way, including coming to my home, due to my schedule, to finalize some paperwork. The dealership called when the car came in and we set a time for me to pick it up. However when I arrived, we discovered a glitch in one of the parts. They attempted To correct the problem and when they couldn’t they contacted Honda itself and they Shipped the part immediately. Everyone at the dealership was very apologetic,especially John Nguyen and Jim Walgreen-even though the issue wasn’t theirs. I was very Impressed that they didn’t say “it isn’t my/our fault”. They took care of the issue as quickly as possible, while making sure I was being taken care of as well. Truly focused on customer service! Thank you especially to John Nguyen and to Herb Chambers of Westborough for making what could have been a most challenging experience in to a pleasant and actually a positive experience. More
