It provided the dealership an opportunity to really show their strength in customer service and willing to satisfy my needs as well as gain my confidence. They did this by coming together over multiple teams and David's ability to pull in the right resources at the right time. Manager, Chris Fasano got involved and helped me with some concerns and provided me with the necessary options and confidence to move forward. Finance, Toan Lam provided a "no pressure" more factual approach and provided me with some very fair and reasonable options during the paperwork sign process. I came in with my own financing already in place, but Toan in the finance department was able to find me a rate almost 2% lower! Toan was great, made sure to explain everything and he had no problem when I declined most of the extras. I also have to give credit to Camille E. who did a nice job handling all my concerns and questions before I even came into the dealership. The car was ready for me the next day, including the inspection and registration... the whole thing could not have been any easier... no games, no pressure, just good people! More

Professional and Informative I decided this morning that I wanted to trade in my 2010 Honda CR-V for a new car. On entering the dealership and greeted by the receptionist, I was I decided this morning that I wanted to trade in my 2010 Honda CR-V for a new car. On entering the dealership and greeted by the receptionist, I was introduced to Tyler Hopkins. After talking and asking my desires on a new car, Tyler found the exact vehicle that would meet my needs. We went for a test drive and Tyler filled me in on all the updates to the CR-V since my last purchase. We then started to fill out all the necessary paperwork and Tyler took the time to explain everything in this process. I had to wait only a few moments before Toan Lam introduced himself and off we went to finalize all the financial aspects of my purchase. He, too, was very informative, explaining things as we went along. Before I knew it, all the paperwork was complete and Tyler brought me out to my new car. He explained everything in detail and asked if I had any additional questions. I then had the pleasure of meeting the General Sales Manager, Robert Phillipo, who wanted to make sure my experience met all my expectations.
