The show room is impressive and personnel at reception is polite, professional and friendly. Probably the thing that impressed me the most is that I did not have to haggle about the price, it was spot on to what I thought would be the best possible price a dealership would offer as was the price for the trade in. The young guy that I dealt with, Todd Boucher is very knowlegable, friendly and helpful, to the point that he has been twice to my house on his own time, to help me with details about the car, something that I appreciate very much. The Best Anniversary Present My husband and I went to Pinebelt Chevy of Lakewood to test drive the Chevy Tahoe. We met with Bob Penny who was very courteous, attentive and knowl My husband and I went to Pinebelt Chevy of Lakewood to test drive the Chevy Tahoe. We met with Bob Penny who was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. He paid close attention to our needs and was excellent with following up. A few days after our visit a new Tahoe arrived and thanks to Bob's attention to detail he knew the vehicle met our needs. He even sent me a short video of the Tahoe which I greatly appreciated. We set up an appointment to see the vehicle and so happened to be on our Anniversary. When we arrived Bob was tending to another customer but he immediately placed us in good hands with Todd Boucher who was already well versed on what we needed. It was evident that there is great synergy at Pinebelt Chevrolet. We were also with our children ages 9, 7 and 4 the kids really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and small bottles of water provided by the dealership (it's the little things that count) Todd was friendly, patient and also a great listener. He went back and forth communicating our needs until we were able to reach a reasonable agreement. Finalizing the paperwork and making our 1st payment was simple with no hidden fees or pushing us to buy unnecessary coverages. Todd stayed with us until everything was finalized. He explained all of the perks that Chevy provides including the awesome rewards program and the special touch was that very 1st photo of our family with our beautiful Chevy. Thank you Bob and Todd for wonderful experience in the purchase of our very 1st Chevy. We are beyond pleased and we absolutely love the Tahoe and all the wonderful little perks it has like Onstar and Lane assist. Todd was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the types of cars I was interested in. He ran through the specs on each car for me and got me into each car to see how I liked them. Working with Todd was extremely free flowing and easy. No hassling whatsoever. You can clearly tell Todd cares about the fact that his customer buys a car that is perfect for their needs. He truly cares that you buy a car you are happiest about, and treats it as YOUR investment. Ultimately, that's what most people are looking for when looking to buy a car.
