I have lived in Delaware since 1998, originally from a small town in upstate NY. After High School I entered the United States Air Force where I had a distinguished and rewarding career as a K-9 handler. After 10 years of serving my country and receiving an honorable discharge, I made the hard choice to start a new career, which enabled me to spend more time with my wife and two boys. I enjoy working for this dealership and have been a Ford Truck guy all my life!

Only complaint is each time I called the dealership, it took 15 to 18 rings for someone to pick up the phone. The staff was friendly and helpful with great follow up. Carman had a very friendly, helpful staff. I started searching for my Fusion online and stumbled across their site. I started by emailing back and forth with John Owen. I eventually came in for a test d searching for my Fusion online and stumbled across their site. I started by emailing back and forth with John Owen. I eventually came in for a test drive where I was paired up with salesman Jeff. Their team was accommodating to my financial needs and we worked out a deal quickly.
