Our goal is to have the best customer experience possible. It appears we came up short in this situation. We apologize for providing a subpar experience. Shop supplies/ hazmat fess are a standard practice in our industry. These fees are communicated and broken down within the MPI inspection results and estimate. This charge covers oil disposal, cleaners, gloves, rags, wheel weights, etc. I also reviewed your history with our store and saw that you paid them on previous visits.
