I've been a satisfied customer of Toyota Westminster for many years. Consistency is my primary reason for my rating because it allows for a cadre of outstanding people, customery courtesy, personal relation many years. Todd keeps an eye on my vehicles to ensure they operate at peak performance. Since owning a variety of Toyota products & visited numerous service deartments, I believe the best of all is Koons Toyota Westminster. Kudos to everyone! More

The service was excellent. I remember Todd and Molly explaining how the service department worked. Slow process, 4. 5 hours to rotate tires and r&r rear brakes. Didn’t even solve the problem, as vibration under braking is not the rear, it’s the front. Which I inform 5 hours to rotate tires and r&r rear brakes. Didn’t even solve the problem, as vibration under braking is not the rear, it’s the front. Which I informed the advisor who didn’t action that. And guess what, vibration is still there and now I have to pay for front brakes. Little communication. Will certainly be looking to take my business someone else. More
