Very poor customer service and communication. Called many times to no answer and no call back. I asked questions and got an attitude from a red haired guy in service I didn’t even want to ask for Called many times to no answer and no call back. I asked questions and got an attitude from a red haired guy in service I didn’t even want to ask for his name. Todd was the guy I got to take care of my service. Very bad communication I had to call many times to no answer and no call back until I asked for a loaner vehicle and they were quick to ask for it back because it had just been sold. The whole process was very strange for it being a dealership. I would rather drive next time 45mins away to Naperville to have my vehicle serviced than a 5 minute drive to have to go there and deal with everything that happened there again. People in sales were great they helped more than people working service. I DO NOT recommend coming here. My truck was returned filthy from the outside and it was a hassle trying to get it straightened out and trying to reach a manager I just gave up on it. More

I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon Because the check engine light came on And had no Acceleration power at all.I was greeted by Neil who Took my car in and listened to my concerns.he was even abl check engine light came on And had no Acceleration power at all.I was greeted by Neil who Took my car in and listened to my concerns.he was even able to get me a loner vehicle. As I was on my way to my grandson's birthday.party with the balloons. Of course I had to wait till Monday To hear anything about my car. Even though I didn't have a appointment. They were able to Diagnosed the issue with my car and have it fixed. By mid afternoon on Tuesday. And it came in way under what I thought it was going to cost me which is always a bonus. I bring my car here for all my cars service. I've always had a positive experience. And I am so grateful that they were able to help me. On a saturday! More
