We always bring our 2015 Yukon XL in for service at your dealership because the service department at Al Piemonte GMC is what keeps us coming back. This time the vehicle was due for an oil change and a fri dealership because the service department at Al Piemonte GMC is what keeps us coming back. This time the vehicle was due for an oil change and a friend of mine said "just bring it to Jiffy Lube." No way! I called Todd, scheduled an appointment and am I glad I did. There was an issue with my brakes that I was unaware of but Jose noticed it right away. The oil was changed, brakes repaired and I was back on the road. From the minute we drive in we are treated like family. I cannot say enough about the excellent service and the thoroughness of the work done by the technicians. A great car sells itself, but a great service department keeps customers coming back. Thank you to Todd and all the techs, you are truly the best! More
