Imagine being from Ohio and getting stranded in Chicago with a blown transfer case.... That's where we found ourselves a couple weeks ago. We towed the car to the closest dealer and Thankfully is was Al Pi with a blown transfer case.... That's where we found ourselves a couple weeks ago. We towed the car to the closest dealer and Thankfully is was Al Piemonte and we hooked up with Todd Froehlich. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING experience for an awful situation. He worked with our original dealership, worked with the warranty company and was able to get our Terrain back on the road with a new transfer case 75% paid for by the warranty company. Todd, we can't thank you enough for everything you did for your out of town guests.... YOU are amazing and need to be recognized. More
