The service was terrible!!! We had a trailer hitch installed and all they did was order and install the bracket. My husband had to go back the next day to pick up the "hitch" part and they ordered th installed and all they did was order and install the bracket. My husband had to go back the next day to pick up the "hitch" part and they ordered the wrong size!!! We told them on Tuesday that we needed the hitch on our GMC Terrain by Saturday(we bought this vehicle at Howard GMC in 2018, but now Al Piemonte owns it), well now its Saturday and have no hitch just a bracket AND then we were told we won't be charged the restocking fee for the wrong size hitch that the parts dept. ordered incorrectly!!! We plan on trading in our 2015 GMC Terrain with 72,000 miles within the next year, I'll tell you what, that purchase will NO T be taking pace at Al Piemonte GMC!!! More
