Being a Senior it made me extremely Nervous I even went Outside to finish waiting for my car I even said to Todd y’all gone Kill me as even more workers walked freely through the Service Dept as well as the Entire building. Then I had to pay $100.00 for a $2000.00 plus diagnosis that I didn’t get done I felt Totally Screwed all the way around. Jesus More

So this was actually my first time buying from a dealership, when I entered I was greeted by a salesman, Tony L and was glad he did. Concern, None of the Service advisory staff or other dealership staff members were practicing the Covid-19 CDC recommendations. Two that I observed, No One was Wearing Mask, 6' rule not observed, also n dealership staff members were practicing the Covid-19 CDC recommendations. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this service department. Everyone at this place seems to be a "manager". Can't ever get a hold of upper management... My car has been DESTROYED. They did a xxxx poor job at fixing my mold issue the first time. I HAD TO BRING IT BACK because I could still smell the mold! Turns out....THEY DIDNT REPLACE THE MOLDY CARPET ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! Why they didnt fix it makes no sense....How they let me take my car home like this is BEYOND ME. I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time. Not like they cared. They clearly just want their money. They "fixed" it a second time....but this time they had to rip pretty much the whole front end off inside to replace the carpet that should have been done the first time....There is so many pieces broken now its INSANE. I could have done a better job putting this back together!!! My car WAS in great shape....now I have to fix things THAT WEREN'T EVEN BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Go somewhere where you will get exceptional service because you're not going to get it here!!!! More
