I have to give Ron credit. Though things got off on the wrong foot he has done everything in his power to make things right. I would to change that i would come back. Great Service My 2017 GMC Terrain required a considerable amount service. After reviewing the repair order, Todd Froehlich found an that the rear wiper was bad. I My 2017 GMC Terrain required a considerable amount service. After reviewing the repair order, Todd Froehlich found an that the rear wiper was bad. I had forgotten about that defect. My Terrain was returned to me in tip top shape. Once again I experienced careful attention to detail along with friendly courteous service. More

Promised a Truck Loaner - No Truck for me Called me to sanitize my truck and explained my transmission was about to give out after getting it back with a thumbs up last time. So the lady was Called me to sanitize my truck and explained my transmission was about to give out after getting it back with a thumbs up last time. So the lady was supposed to get a manager. I had to call back and the supposed manager - who ended up not being a manager - set me up an appointment to have a truck as a loaner. Got there and no truck. And they wouldn't give me a truck off the lot. Likely due to the fact that I didn't actually buy my truck there. But I would the next time if their service was better. Too bad so sad. Oh well. Todd just didn't have what it took to actually get anything done here. So left a message for the actual manager - supposedly (Mike?) But I left with no service on my truck no loaner no nothing. Trans seems like its on its way out. Way to go Al Piemonte. Good ol Al's place has been blowing it since about 87 when they screwed up a sale on a Ford Taurus with my old man... More
