I drove for nealy a hour to get my oil change. I had to wait 2 additionsl hours to get the oil actually changed. Absolute Horrible Experience I bought my vehicle from Al Piemonte Buick GMC in 2015 when the dealership was owned by Howard Buick GMC. After the switch, the level of customer serv I bought my vehicle from Al Piemonte Buick GMC in 2015 when the dealership was owned by Howard Buick GMC. After the switch, the level of customer services I was accustomed to receiving plummeted drastically. I took my vehicle in for a repair, paid for a service, only to find out less than 24 hours later the repair was never done, and also I was asked to bring my vehicle back in and was to be charged for the service I already paid for. I picked my vehicle and the porter brought my vehicle out to the front of the dealership unwashed and unvacuumed. Unacceptable. The fact that the service department barely answers the phone anymore is mindboggling. I will NEVER use this dealership for any service in the future. I even attempted to call another Al Piemonte service director from another dealership with hopes of receiving assistance, but my voicemail message was never returned. Shame on you Al Piemonte Buick GMC. The absolute worse service I have ever received from any company. More

Stopped in Wednesday, tire low. They checked pressure on all 4 tires and added where needed. Out in 15 minutes. Thursday, rear tire low again. Brought it in 7 am. Found a nail in it, repaired, done by 10 all 4 tires and added where needed. Out in 15 minutes. Thursday, rear tire low again. Brought it in 7 am. Found a nail in it, repaired, done by 10 am, picked it up washed and ready to go. Awesome service, again. More
