In and out I came in for routine oil change and was advised to add fuel injector cleaning. This seems reasonable and the visit was not greatly extended, so I fee I came in for routine oil change and was advised to add fuel injector cleaning. This seems reasonable and the visit was not greatly extended, so I feel the team is on top of things. My only suggestion concerns the phone. Please consider updating it so a hands-free driver can get to the needed department by VOICE commands, not pressing a number. More

This really was my first car to buy to me brand new and I have never regretted it yet. I always take my car in to the dealership to get any maintenance (oil change, etc) ) and feel confident when I bring my car in to do any kind of service. I would never bring it into anywhere else for service just because i trust how my car is taken care of. This is the only real investment I have and I will always go to the dealership for all issues because I trust them and I feel i get good quality work done on my car and that they care about my car. I would recommend Piemonte Buick if someone wants to buy a car because of the service and the entiire stafff. I have no complaints about the dealership and really trust them fully. I come all the way from "Orland Oark" to your dealership but to me it is worth it with the good service I get and each and everyone working there making me feel welcome If I know of anyone who needs a car your dealership is the only one I would recommend!!! More

Questionable Customer Service My inital experience with the Service Center & Al Piemonte Dealership is they didn't delivery my vehicle that was in for service as promised. Call mul My inital experience with the Service Center & Al Piemonte Dealership is they didn't delivery my vehicle that was in for service as promised. Call multiple times over multiple days to check status and left messages but not response. I final got a call back on the 2nd day in the afternoon telling me the vehicle wouldn't be ready till Wed. 1/08. I told them that wasn't acceptable but they couldn't do anything. Than two hours later they called and said my vehicle was ready. The vehicle was in for a replacement battery and an oil change and to reinstall the console trim that was take apart in an attempt to get the Shifter into neutral to move the car original due to a dead battery. Need to have better instructions how to get the vehicle into neutral with a dead battery. Nothing in the Car Booklet. They need people to answer the phone and be able to follow up with the customer in a time manner. Not sure if I could recommend this Service Center. I was a customer of Howard Buick-GMC for 10+ years and never had a problem with their Service Center. My 1st experience with Al Piemonte Service Center is questionable. More
