So I had my preconceived notions to a new car dealership beforehand, and I can thankfully say the O'Daniel Mazda team I worked with showed me a better way. Ross was an easy guy to get along with, and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I also left in the exact model I wanted, I wasn't at all swayed into getting a different vehicle, which I hate. Getting my new car was a fun and very low stress experience. More
