It is comforting to know we are dealing with an honest, friendly, representative that has our best interests at heart before, during and after our purchase. It was easy working with you and Todd up to settling upon a fair deal on our purchase. Our pick up day was extra smooth thanks to the extra effort you made for us, Jr. The purchase paperwork was completed with Ryan K in a straight forward and open manner with all options explained in detail. Ryan could not have been more professional and courteous with us. On to the new car: Love the new CX9 and really appreciate the time you took to make us comfortable with all the new bells and whistles to get started and the reference options for later. Just knew you would be calling a couple days later to check on us and see how things were going. YOU DID.....thanks. Even had a couple questions for you.....quickly answered. I want to report that we own a Mazda 6gt, and now have the latest C9 GT also. Both vehicles are the star of the show as we live with them on a daily basis. Fun to drive, sharp looking, and reliable. The icing on the cake for us is to have a top notch dealership staffed with good people. Not too big and not too small but our experience has been that you treat us like we are number one. It obvious to see why your dealership is rated number one in Indiana. It is due to people like you, Junior. I was looking for a car in my price range and wanted to get best value for the money (who doesn't?). I stopped in at the Mazda dealership (at almost closing time) and met with Matt T. and Todd who first wanted to know what was important to me (must haves) and got me a list of choices within 24 hrs. We scheduled an appointment to check out a few cars and he helped us narrow it down to 2 (he even took us over to the other O'Daniel location because we wanted to look at a car there). We asked a lot of questions and Matt was patient, knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. We decided on the right car and I felt the price was very fair and a great value. Although the price was great, the personal service was even better. I also got very fair trade-in value for my clunker. Overall - the experience was smooth, professional and highly recommended. More
