This dealership is AMAZING! I went in to drive the CX-5 (which I love) and Matt greeted me at the door. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all the typical "car salesman". He took me (which I love) and Matt greeted me at the door. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all the typical "car salesman". He took me out for a test drive and explained all the great features in the CUV. I told him I thought it was a great fit and they went to work on putting together a very fair deal. Matt left for vacation the morning after we signed for it and his teammate Jr took me through the car the next morning (it was too late the night we bought it, we wanted everyone to go home!). Jr took over an hour to explain the manual (what some of the nights mean, where to find things), hooked up my iPhone, called to get my trial of Sirius started, got all the auto settings to my preference and sent me away. He did not benefit directly from the sale and still took all this time with me to go over the car to make sure I was comfortable. The Mazda team (including their great Business Manager Todd- who went out his way to find a buyer for our trade-in by calling a bunch of his contacts) should be commended on their laid back, no pressure approach to a very intimidating process. I drove most of the cars in this class (some a couple of times) and the Mazda CX-5 surpassed them all. It is the best value for the money, best MPG (23 in the city!!!), and loaded with features that would cost $2-$5k more on other vehicles (Escape, Rogue, Tiguin, Compass, etc). Combined with the winning team at O Daniel Mazda, this was the best purchase I have made in a long time. Visit them and take a look at Mazda, they are doing some great things! More

My experience with O’Daniel was very good. I had pretty much settled on a CX-5 based on my research of various Internet sources. When I stopped by O’Daniel I was met by Matt. I let Matt know what I wante much settled on a CX-5 based on my research of various Internet sources. When I stopped by O’Daniel I was met by Matt. I let Matt know what I wanted and what my color options might be. I indicated I was a few weeks away from a purchase. Matt showed me a CX-5 and demonstrated some of the various options. Over the next few weeks Matt located cars not on their lot that my meet my needs. He kept me informed with no pressure to purchase. We I was ready I came back and test drove a car on the lot that happened to be perfect. Matt and Todd work a deal that was fair. The finance meeting with George was simple, quick, and no pressure to purchase other items. Then after the purchase, Matt made sure we understood all the operational features or the car and gave us a basic understanding of the accessories. Excellent customer service all around. Before, during and after purchase was excellent. Overall a laid back dealership. Sales staff was extremely friendly even after the sale, ensuring that anytime I was at the dealer, I was as comfortable as possible. Matt was an excellent sales rep, knowing nearly everything about his inventory and openly admitting if he wasn't entirely sure. Given my experience with the dealer I would absolutely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a car. More

We shopped around for two weeks and I had 5 salesman cards in my wallet. Jeremiah was the least pressuring, most knowledgeable, and most down-to-earth of the five, and the O'Daniel showroom was sharp l cards in my wallet. Jeremiah was the least pressuring, most knowledgeable, and most down-to-earth of the five, and the O'Daniel showroom was sharp looking and the lot was full of everything I wanted to test drive. We test drove 5 cars on their lot, and left and came back, and Jeremiah was patient and never pushed us. Ultimately, a suggestion he had made early in the process was the car we bought in the end. Then I met everyone else, and everyone is friendly. They make sure you know where the service center is and everything. Nothing to dislike here, worth the visit. More

I went to O'Daniel to upgrade from a Subaru Forester to something with third row seating to accommodate my family. Nick Sheets greeted my mother-in-law and I, and instantly made us feel relaxed. He got me whatever vehicles I requested to see and let me drive without coming along and hovering in the back seat (as has been my usual experience at other dealerships). That alone time gave me a chance to really take in the vehicles and made all the difference in me purchasing. I never felt any pressure from him one way or the other, which was great. He kindly suggested I take a look at the Ford Flex, even though I had test driven one at another dealership and didn't like it. He was not pushy, only informative. Because of him, my family feels comfortable and relaxed in our new (used:) Flex. We've taken it out of town twice in the first month and had a very smooth ride. George and Todd were very easy to work with and accommodating. Our entire experience was phenomenal and unlike anything I've ever experienced before. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in finding out more about. I then came across a Mazda 3 hatchback 5 speed manual transmission that sounded and looked great from the pictures and description on out more about. They had a phone number listed that I called and was able to speak with Junior Hammond. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he checked to make sure it was still on the lot. Unfortunately, I had to drive three hours away to look at this vehicle, but it was the only one I found within a 200 mile radius of where I live. When I arrived at the dealership the Mazda 3 was already clean and spotless pulled up front ready for a test drive. As I entered the building I was greeted by 3 salesman who all had smiles and seemed very friendly. I talked with Junior and gave him some information, we looked the car over and hit the road. The vehicle drove really smooth, was very clean, and shifted very easily. Needless to say, I was very interested in driving this car home. He was able to run a credit report and punch some numbers which came back positively. They worked with me and were able to pay off my the vehicle I was trading in which was great news. I was then lead to George Brothers, the finance manager. He was a very friendly guy and did everything he could to get me a loan for the Mazda. After a few attempts, the banks the contacted as well as my bank were unable to give me a load amount high enough for the price of the car. George was able to contact a few more banks and with the help of Todd Jacquay, they were able to decrease the price of the Mazda and give me a little more for my Jeep, I thought that was very thoughtful and could clearly see they wanted to sell me this vehicle. With that being said, I didn't have a lot of money that I could put down, but was able to work out putting 200 dollars down. They re-worked the numbers and we were able to come up with number that I couldn't pass up. A few minutes later, I was in the car driving home. The drive up there was pretty far, but the drive home was a lot better, especially with the gas I saved compared to the Jeep. I would definitely recommend O'Daniel Auto to anyone looking for a great car at great price and willing to work with you. They are great people to work with. More

We made our decision a few days later and then encountered George. He was so easy to work with. Truly everyone was professional. Jeremiah was so informative in his explanations of the car's features before we drove away. This is the first time ever purchasing a car was so easy. Nick gave us a figure for our old vehicle that we would sell to our daughter. In the past I would drive home in a bittersweet mood after buying a car. I drove home singing, "oh, baby, I think I am going to love you!" Thanks, guys! More

After driving the my first car for 12years, I was ready for something new and have always like Mazdas. A family member of mine was also looking for a new car and had been all over Ft Wayne for 4 months te for something new and have always like Mazdas. After looking over a consumers report, we knew Mazda was the way to go and the sales team backed up everything we had read. So when I finally got into the dealership to test drive, Jeremiah was very personable and made the experience very enjoyable. I was able to test drive a couple of new 2014 Mazda6s and loved them right away. It was very apparent that Jeremiah was very passionate about the brand he represents and was very knowledgeable about the different features of the car. I appreciated the time he took to sit with me and customize the car to me in showroom. Both Todd and Jeremiah were very patient with myself and mom. They made sure that we had all the information we needed for making our big decision. We ended up coming back the next day and purchasing 2 cars! When I finally saw my plates on my 2014 white Mazda6, I knew this car fit me perfectly. Todd and Jeremiah worked with us to give us a great deal on 2 cars and we were very anxious to drive the cars off the lot….I think Jer still owes us some Starbucks ;) Also, a big thanks to George!
