I got a flat tire on Illinois Road right before I turned into the Mazda car lot for the very first time to look at their cars. Junior, in particular, was very helpful in assisting me to change my tire. This was not something that I expected. This kindness did not factor into my decision to ultimately choose a Mazda over other models that I was considering. However, I found this helpful and fair attitude to be consistent throughout the sales/bargaining/financing processes. The reasons are I love each of these cars; fun to drive; the quality for the price; and they fill our needs perfectly. More importantly, I trust the sales / service team at this dealership for a good experience, a fair deal, and an almost family relationship after the purchase. My wife and I always appreciate the occasional phone checks from our salesman, Junior H. He checks in now and then to see how we are doing with our two Mazdas and always offers to be there should we need him. Thanks Junior !
