The process was quick and easy. I received a price just under KBB fair market price. Salesmen were low pressure, knowledgeable, and honest. I live in Indianapolis and had been looking for a car for a while but had such a bad experience with several of the car lots I had been to. In fact, I walked away from purchasing 2 other vehicles at other de a while but had such a bad experience with several of the car lots I had been to. In fact, I walked away from purchasing 2 other vehicles at other dealerships because of the bait and switch tactics used at one and having to pull teeth to get the finance guy to give me specifics on loans and rates at another lot. I decided to look at two different places while I was visiting family in Ft. Wayne, Bob Rohrman and O'Daniel's. I went in and met with Heinrich Hilger who took the time to listen to all of the things I wanted in a car (which weren't necessarily all going to happen with my budget), was able to cut through everything I said and really hear what was most important to me, but then proceeded to still show me a several different cars that came close to all the different things I said I was looking for. He encouraged me to go home, do some research and let him know how else he could help me. There was no push to close the sale or get me out the door that day with keys in hand. I then went to Bob Rohrman's and had such a different experience. I then did what Heinrich suggested and I went home and thought about my options and did my research. Though there were cars that were comparable in some respects at other places, absolutely no one was able to come close to equaling the care and time they took with me at O'Daniel. Really, that's what it came down to for me. I liked the car but I loved the customer service. Even though I had a tight budget, I still felt like I was important and they were willing to do whatever they could to help me find the best car for me. I had and still have no doubt that if I need anything after the purchase of my car, Heinrich and the other employees at O'Daniel would not hesitate to help me in whatever way they can. I couldn't say that about any other lot I visited (and I went to a lot of them)! When I went back to buy the car, Heinrich again took so much time out of his day to help me narrow down all of my choices and worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal on my car! Though I live in Indianapolis, I have no regrets about buying my car from Ft. Wayne. I love my car even more today than the first day I bought it! More

I was looking for a new car and had already been to one other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled wit other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled with his whole approach. He was very friendly, knowledgable and not at all "pushy" compared to the other car lot. He answered all of my questions and showed me everything about the car. He introduced me to Todd Jacquey who was also very helpful! They both showed me my options and found the best interest rate to keep my payments right where I wanted them. They both knew I was not taking the car home that day and did not try to push me into anything. I called the next business day to tell them I wanted the car! We made arrangements to close the deal when it was convenient for me. George Brothers was the one to close the deal and also informed me of other options that O'Daniel offers. He did not push those on me either as they would have raised my monthly payment. I was also introduced to Jesse Moore the service manager. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the service department. I love the fact that they will pick up my car from work and deliver it back to me so I do not have to take time off from work for service and routine maintenance. Jesse made me feel very comfortable with putting my trust in the service department. It was a pleasurable experience from the start to the end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I do have to admit that I had high expectations before I went due to the service my daughter received and still receives. She has been dealing with O'Daniel for the past 13 years and states that she feels like family. I am now happy to say that I am part of the "family" as well. Thanks again for the Excellent service!! Todd and Russ were very helpful during the entire car buying process. They took the time to show my wife and I all the features of the vehicle, and contacted us the next day to make sure everything was buying process. I would recommend O'Daniels,We received great service there ! We had asked Junior to let us know if he ever got a Buick enclave in. My family's experience at O'daniel automart was a breath of fresh air. I went into the dealership with my defenses up and maybe a hint of pessimism due to past experiences with other dealerships. Imediately I was welcomed by George Brothers who was more than willing to help us out even though that was not his area of expertise. He then introduced us to Jeremiah Lowe who was the Sales Professional. I hardly ever think of honesty,patience,character,and integrity in the same sentence as car salesman. In this case, and this is very rare, Jeremiah was. He was not high pressure or pushy in any of his interactions with us. In fact he worked to get us a good deal on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from O'daniel I would highly recommend asking for Jeremiah as your sales person. The final piece of our great experience was Todd Jacquay the Mazda Manager. He worked very hard to get us as close to the price as we wanted to pay for the vehicle. We finally sat down with none other than George Brothers, the gentleman we met when we first pulled into the dealership. He helped us with our financing and got us the very best rate. I was immediately greeted once I walked into the showroom. It was very clean and the displays were really cool. The bathrooms were neat and tidy as well. Jeremiah answered all of my questions very well and gave me suggestions based on his professional experience. He was able to provide information on cars that met my specific needs too. I test drove a car with no problems and he explained to me the simple loop to drive around the freeway. All of the staff was excellent and they worked very hard to help us out in any way they could. I definitely will recommend this Mazda dealership to friends. My mother was also interested in a vehicle and Jeremiah helped answer her questions accurately. Hopefully in a couple of months we will be back to purchase another fine, Mazda vehicle. More
