Due to some unusual circumstances with insurances on our part the dealer held this vehicle until insurance check was received. We signed purchase agreement 2/10/15 and we finalized on 2/21/15. The dealer waited 11 days and I do not think there are many dealers who would have done this. We as a family were thankful for this kindness received from Sam and Todd. Eric got me exactly what I was looking for and then some. For most salesmen, their job is done when the papers are signed but not Eric. No matter what I needed, whether it was an oil change or a rental during repairs, Eric was my go to guy and continued to make sure I always got exactly what I needed. I recently bought a brand new Mazda 6, not because I had specifically wanted one, but because Eric suggested that it would be exactly what I needed. He got me a great deal and sure enough, I love my new car. As many of the staff at O'Daniel know, I am a picky person and can sometimes be difficult to please but Eric always finds a way to get me what I want and I know he would do the same for anyone.
