1. Junior Hammond was awesome to work with. He allowed me to drive the first Mazda 3 GT that had just been unloaded off the truck... this experience is what convinced me I wanted a Mazda 3. He followed up with me when the model/options vehicle arrived. His non pressure yet very informative personality was definitely not a "sales job". I would characterize it as a relational experience. He engaged my wife in the process, was personal, appropriately humorous and generally very knowledgeable and authentic. I was impressed with the teamwork between he and Todd (mgr) and George(finance mgr.) Junior also went above and beyond to personally detail our car since the service shop was already closed for the day (Saturday). He had even offered to come in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule so that my wife and I could test drive our car. 2. Todd Jacquay did a great job of getting us the right numbers/deal to make the sale a "no-brainer" He also was low key, and very personal and pleasant to work with. 3. George Brothers kept us engaged with his humor and pleasantries during what could have been a grueling process of completing the morass of financial paperwork. He made sure that we fully understood each step of the process. 4. Sam Moun was kind enough to allow my wife and I test drive the car we bought the day before even though Junior was not working that day. I was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the sales/client relationship... his comment was..."we help each other out here". Obviously there is a strong core value of "team" and customer experience vs. transactional encounters and personal one-up-manship sales. 5. The CAR!!! I was driving a 1997 Mazda B2300 pick up as my main vehicle, more than 600 miles per week the past 2 years... This Mazda 3 is off the charts in my book! Awesome power / tech / looks /comfort... it epitomizes the "zoom zoom zoom" ! Junior and the car was the key to this experience! About a week ago our family needed another vehicle. We had a friend recommend speaking with Jeremiah Lowe of O’Daniel Auto in Fort Wayne, IN. I spoke with Jeremiah on the phone, chatted on Facebook and even texted over several days. I shared with Jeremiah our needs and our budget. Jeremiah went to work right away and within a matter of a few days he found a vehicle that was a perfect fit for our family and our business. Jeremiah has been great to work with. I cannot say enough how overjoyed we have been to work with Jeremiah and the staff at O’Daniel Auto. Jeremiah has gone over and above! Jeremiah did something not often thought of in the car sales biz…he listened! He listened to our specific needs and matched our needs to the right vehicle. He was meticulous in going over the features of the vehicle and related it to what we needed. He left no stone unturned. More important than meeting our need in the initial sales process, Jeremiah went way beyond after the sale. There were a couple of things that needed attention and taken care of. I was blown away by not only his immediate, “I will get that taken care of” words, but more importantly his actions of getting it done. If you are looking to have someone help you through purchasing your next vehicle…you MUST speak with Jeremiah. I have no doubt he will take care of you and your family!! We gave this dealership, and also our salesperson, Matt Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new v Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new vehicle as well as a fair price on our trade-in car, and, finally, when we picked up our new car today Matt spent about two and a half hours with us making sure we understood all the technology this car has to offer (which is a lot!) and the set-up of all of the different systems. The sales manager, Todd Jacquay, was also very personable and helpful, as was the finance manager, George Brothers (although we did not finance the car, he, too, was very personable and pleasant). It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Todd, and George, and we would definitely deal with them all again if we buy another Mazda product. More
