On Monday night this week we went to look for a used Subaru at Mark Miller Subaru South Town - I had found a vehicle online that I liked, but it was i On Monday night this week we went to look for a used Subaru at Mark Miller Subaru South Town - I had found a vehicle online that I liked, but it was in Ogden and we live in Draper. As I dislike driving far to buy a car I decided to give Mark Miller Subaru South Towne a try, and I'm so glad I did! We worked with Todd Jensen - he was maybe the best salesperson I've ever dealt with - low key, now pressure, lots of useful information about the vehicles I considered. I came back on Tuesday during lunch, and test-drove my top two choices again, and finally settled on the car I wanted. I'm super happy with it, and with the excellent buying experience. I was also really impressed with the dealership itself - no noise, no flashing lights, no "mystery" about financing - you can walk in or out without being accosted by anyone. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I've bought cars in the past that I ended up hating for the entire time I owned them because I disliked the buying experience so much. A salesperson and dealership that understand how much of the customer's long-term satisfaction with the vehicle is impacted by the experience of buying it - such dealerships are a rare breed. I'll definitely be back for another car someday, and will use them for service also. Thanks! More

Todd explained their ‘no pressure, no games’ sales price approach. I thought, SURE, but true to their word he gave us information and spent several hours with us, gave us pricing, and sent us home to let him know when and if we were ready to purchase. I called 2 days later and had things worked out. We never played games with a Sales Manager or Finance Manager; they simply honored the price he gave me on day one and the Credit Union actually felt that it was a good price!! More

No pressure, enjoyable buying experience. I visited all the different car dealers that sold a small SUV. I compared price with ratings and the look and feel of the vehicle. From there I narrow I visited all the different car dealers that sold a small SUV. I compared price with ratings and the look and feel of the vehicle. From there I narrowed it down to the Subaru Outback or Mazda CX3. I test drove both and was sold on the Subaru. Mark Miller was awesome to work with and they made sure I was getting the car I wanted with the right terms for me. This is my 2nd purchase from them and I would definitely recommend them. More
