Not only was my sales consultant Douglas Horner the best salesman he was extremely dapper, and handsome. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted but let me tell you he pointed me in the right direction with a new c class. The staff was so friendly and energetic. Even the older gentlemen Stephen made an effort to come over and say hello.. Talk about embracing gen y!! Bless his heart. I appreciate the concern the management staff had for me as well. Tom and John went out of their ways to make sure I had the perfect experience. This was just the beginning.... Marc wigler the president and CEO of crown motor company personally came down and shook my hand. Talk about the royal treatment!!! I was so honored to have met such a pretigous member in our community. I felt like Jewell the pop sensation from living in my car to a certified rock star! The paperwork process... Craig, my finance manager made the process simple and easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He was kind, patient, and most of all respectful of me as a young man. As I turned the corner to receive my new car the entire crown staff was cheering and applauding my as I stepped into my brand new vehicle!!! Thank you crown it made me feel like a million dollars!!! Todd Johnson has been there every step of the way to assist us in maintaining it in a cost effective and safe manner. On the few occasions that this 16 year old Mercedes has had other than normal maintenance issues, Todd has shown a keen ability to nail down the solution based on just a brief description of the problem. I knew where my car was parked when I was picking it up today and proceeded to walk toward it as I left Todd's office. He insisted on coming with me to make certain that the car was properly cleaned before I departed. it is the little things that make such a difference in service experiences. I've had a chance to work with a couple of other people at Crown and have not been disappointed with their treatment. I don't know his name, but the older check-in man is super friendly too. Love the loaner services and, though the labor may be pricier than other shops, it's worth knowing you're getting the right parts and quality work. More

Everyone was considerate of our needs and the time available. Ken Stuart is our choice for Salesman of the Year along with Tom Sands for Manager of the Year. We tell everyone about the experiences with Crown. We don't know how you would go anywhere else from sales through service with Todd Johnson you can not find a better dealer. My first visit to the service department after buying my Mercedes was probably the best car service experience I can remember. And, we've been to quite a few different dealer service departments with cars o Mercedes was probably the best car service experience I can remember. And, we've been to quite a few different dealer service departments with cars over the years. Including Midwestern Auto Group, Byers, and Germain Honda. Making the appointment was easy with a quick call and a follow up email. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an older gentleman who truly seemed to enjoy his job and was very welcoming. He brought me to Todd. Todd went through my list of questions/issues. The small things he went ahead and took care of right there (Command center programming) so I didn't have to wait. The large item of paint touch-up (where they would need the car for the day), we rescheduled on a day more convenient for me. Todd was easy going, did not try to upsell (something M.A.G. seemed to do all the time) and answered any question-even some basic one's for a Mercedes newbie. Because of this first experience, I do plan to keep bringing the car back to the dealer and Todd for service. Even if the cost is a bit more than our local mechanic. Because, once you get spoiled with their service, how could you go anywhere else? More

During this last year I was involved in an accident with During this last year I was involved in an accident with my CLK, calling Todd Johnson, he recommended a path for me to take. True Performance took During this last year I was involved in an accident with my CLK, calling Todd Johnson, he recommended a path for me to take. True Performance took care of the repairs to Mercedes standards and Crown's mechanic Ron did a bit of tweaking to several small issues that I am sure must have made him crazy. Two other times this year Ron chased down problems with my satellite radio with Todd, my service manager and Seth stepping in due to the complexity of intermittent problem. The other issue was as much of a problem as the first. Dan, Seth, Todd and Ron are concerned and attentive professional's who's advice is taken with trust. Glenn Gilbert and my wife and I have been working together for some years, sadly he is in the process of retirement (not so sad for Glenn) and he has become a friend and we will miss him. Steven Revard and I have become friends over the years and has given me positive direction in the past and will begin to work together for the future. Tom, John, Craig, Brittney (who calls after my services for my opinion on the work) and many others are people doing outstanding work with humor and attentiveness. As my skills in the automotive world are limited to the ignition, oil stick and washer fluid, not knowing thing in this world can be a serious problem. All are exemplar in their work from finical to service, explaining in clear straight forward terms the problem and offering the solutions. I am fortunate to be the hands of the above folks.
