My only complaint, when getting an oil change I wish they would have rotated my tires automatically without me having to say please do this. I had a very good experience with the service staff at Tri State Nissan. What I wasn't happy about was the fact that we're now being charged 3% to use a credit card. My repairs were over $1200 so it add Tri State Nissan. What I wasn't happy about was the fact that we're now being charged 3% to use a credit card. My repairs were over $1200 so it added a substantial amount to the bill. After all the money I have spent at Tri State in the last 8 years, including buying my Nissan there, I would think I wouldn't be charged to use a credit card for a major service bill. More
