Most days I do spend over $300 when I go in for oil and tire. All of the service people have been very friendly and explained in detail anything that needs to be completed. This last visit we needed to o tire. All of the service people have been very friendly and explained in detail anything that needs to be completed. This last visit we needed to order a Valve Cap; however, I do not have a message saying that it's in and it has been 2+ weeks. Otherwise, my Rogue is running great! More

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. A experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. Almost zero communication. The experience and service was so bad I complained to the General Manager and Service Director with zero response. Absolutely atrocious customer service to say the least. In addition to this, the service employee we dealt with was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I waited for 5 hours seeing him walk by multiple times while in the waiting room. I finally went to his desk only to be told they had not worked on my vehicle at all because they were waiting on a call from Nissan to see if they would warranty my brakes. I am in the process of trying to escalate my issue and complaint up the chain of management and will be contacting Nissan customer relations if I continue to be ignored by this organization. As a lifetime Nissan customer, I am at a total loss. I have never seen customer service this bad. More
