He knew everything about each vehicle asked about which makes my decision easier. I had no idea what I wanted other than an SUV with leather and a sunroof. The finance guy was also amazing and up front and honest. I actually understood the paperwork thanks to his explanations. All in all I would highly recommend stopping in the next time you are looking for a new vehicle. You won't be sorry. More

I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!! My daughter and I went to so many dealerships and got either denied or asked to pay an impossible down payment. We decided to try one more place and contacted Todd. Since we lived a little further away and he knew our history of denials he asked us to submit everything online to see if he could help us. Well that same day he called back with GREAT news. We actually got approved! We came in the next day and had our eye on a certain car, so he had it all ready for us. The process was so easy and Todd couldn't be a nicer more respectable, honest dealer. He answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel like just another customer or just a dollar sign. After seeing Bob in financing, who is also amazing at his job, my daughter got to drive away in her gorgeous car. We couldn't be happier! I plan on going to Todd and Ganley whenever I'm in need of a new vehicle. The whole dealership was so welcoming and all of the employees treated us so respectfully. I highly recommend contacting Todd if you are shopping for a new vehicle. More

I manage a large work group and fully understand the challenges of finding loyal, dedicated, knowledgeable employees in todays workforce. Todd fits the bill and made himself available to speak with me, even on his day off and after hours. After a six and a half hour drive from my small town in North Carolina, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was and the dealership had that "small town feel", which is very nice! The entire staff at Ganley Village Dodge Jeep Ram was helpful and very approachable. The guys and gals all had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy providing excellent customer service. Dodge, Please take note of my review. You have a great team at Ganley Dodge and that is becoming more and more something of the past.
