Amazing customer service I had to comment on how amazing the service department is. Their customer service skills are the best. Everyone that I dealt with I felt like they rea I had to comment on how amazing the service department is. Their customer service skills are the best. Everyone that I dealt with I felt like they really took their time listening to the issues I was having with my car as well as explaining why it was happening and what was needed to fix it. Always Excellent Service I am on my second Infiniti. Both were purchased new. My first Infiniti a 2006 G35 6 speed manual purchased in December 2005 and my current 2012 G37S 6 I am on my second Infiniti. Both were purchased new. My first Infiniti a 2006 G35 6 speed manual purchased in December 2005 and my current 2012 G37S 6 speed sedan purchased in August 2012 have always received excellent service at Circle Infiniti. The service department is the best I've ever encountered. Todd Rovinsky, Ann Maria Trapani , and the service manager Frank Gandolfo are all outstanding employees. More

Great Teamwork !! Todd, Ann & the rest of the crew at Circle work very well together. At my recent visit I needed service and was having issues with Bluetooth. They too Todd, Ann & the rest of the crew at Circle work very well together. At my recent visit I needed service and was having issues with Bluetooth. They took care of everything in no time and my wait time was quicker than expected. When my service, including a wash, was complete Ann handled my paperwork and Todd made sure my phone was working properly. I was even early for my next appointment ! Keep up the great work ! More

3rd lease, always a pleasure This was my third time going to the same dealership and same person Mark Bahary. why? because as opposed to most dealers i have dealt with who insult This was my third time going to the same dealership and same person Mark Bahary. why? because as opposed to most dealers i have dealt with who insult your intelligence by throwing different salespersons at you and trying to stick it to you in different ways Mark has been the most straight forward one. I simply don't have the time with job and family to go from dealership to dealership haggling and bargaining. Mark has proved himself over and over that he will give me the best incentives, package in a half hour total time period (no exaggeration), and i walk out with a smile and respect i deserve as the customer. I have surely went back and checked the deals he had offered me and by far they have trumped any other incentives or deals in the 30-40 mile radius area. i have done my homework, i have found my go to guy for cars. Mark is the man, take my word for it, just picked up my gorgeous Qx70 limited. cu in 39 months Mark. on the service end Todd was more than helpful with his insight and putting the final finishing touches on the Car. More
