Had the BEST experience with Dustin from Acura. Dustin is a top notch employee at MotorWorld Acura. This is my first online review . I can not thank Dustin enough for everything he has done for myself and my family. Not only has Dustin placed myself in a safe 2021 Acura RDX, but his knowledge has impressed myself so much throughout the process with the Acura product. I am proud to say that this is my start to the Acura family. I am very thankful to have Dustin by my side throughout the entire process and at the end of the day, extremely happy to call him a friend. We had such a great experience at Acura Motorworld Wilkes-Barre. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Nork to talk about options as our lease was coming to an end. We can not say enough Wilkes-Barre. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Nork to talk about options as our lease was coming to an end. We can not say enough about how great working with Ryan was! He was personable, patient, understanding and did not make us feel like we needed to make an immediate decision. We knew he had our best interests in mind regardless of whether he was going to make a sale that day. After going back and forth multiple times and talking with Ryan (and manager Tom I believe), we ended up leaving in our new 2022 MDX and could not be happier! Thank you Ryan and the team at Motorworld Acura. We truly enjoyed spending the day with you all! We will definitely be doing business with you again in the future! More

Very disappointed. Went in perfectly ready to buy a new SUV. They were so bad at putting together a deal and even attempting to negotiate in good faith that I went to another brand that day and happily pic SUV.
