The person I dealt with at Toyota of Naperville was Tom Clancy. Tom let me explain what I wanted and most importantly, what I didn't want. He not only executed well, but did so without making me feel pressured to take on more add-ons or to take a vehicle I didn't want. He made sure to let me know what inventory he was expecting and was willing to be patient and wait for what I wanted instead of taking what was on the lot. As for pricing, while I don't think I paid the lowest price in the country, I feel like I paid a fair price. He made the day-of transaction quick and painless. The vehicle was ready to go and in perfect condition. We just passed the 200,000 mile mark on our other Toyota, and look forward to the years ahead with this new vehicle. Tom Clancy made this experience pleasant. The service department experience is great too. Highly recommended. Seek out Tom Clancy. More
