I met Tom on a casual at time search for my first Benz. Tom I was referred to took time to listen to me, few insight into who I was, what I was looking for and fact I was not in a rush. He was truly great to work with, no pressure and took any concerns seriously, even after the sale since my car was hit by a new driver 2 weeks later.
