This being my first experience walking into a Mercedes dealership, this was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Tom Cola. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. Tom's approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that.
