Came in looking to change cars from Infiniti for over 20 yrs and spoke with Tom Cola and he was very pleasant and gave me the details of the different models and features of the truck. After spending about yrs and spoke with Tom Cola and he was very pleasant and gave me the details of the different models and features of the truck. After spending about a hr with him I decided to leave a deposit for a truck I wouldn't see for a few months. Fast forward a few months Tom always kept me updated on the progress of the truck and when I should expect it. After almost 4 months I got a call from Tom to let me know my truck came in. Went to the dealer and the process was seamless with the delivery of the truck to showing me the features of the truck along with signing the paperwork. From start to finish I was in there about 2 hrs.
