My only objective is to make all my customers feel special throughout their entire ownership experience. They are purchasing or leasing the best automobile in the world and they will be treated with the best service in the world. They are the most important person to me, and I am thankful to be able to help them get their very own Mercedes Benz. I will be with them for the entire ownership experience. I will handle all their service and maintenance needs. I will be the one who arranges the appointments and sets up the loaner car whenever they may need it. I am there for them from the moment we meet, for anything they may need relating to their Mercedes Benz, and I am grateful for it.

Re-new lease for a brand-new 2018 GLS 440W4 My experience with Mr. Tom Cola exceeded my expectations. We have never met personally but when the lease was finally arranged thru phone conversation, my new leased SUV was delivered at the comfort of my home. The SUV was impeccably beautiful and have more great options than my previous SUV with almost the same monthly payments. Sales Professionalism I purchased a Mercedes E-350 4matic coupe from Ray Catena Motor Car Corporation on February 27, 2018 from Sales & Leasing Consultant Tom Cola. I resid I purchased a Mercedes E-350 4matic coupe from Ray Catena Motor Car Corporation on February 27, 2018 from Sales & Leasing Consultant Tom Cola. I reside in South New Jersey and called the dealership to inquire about a car that I reviewed on the internet. I was introduced over the phone to Tom Cola. Tom verified the availability of the car and set up a time to see and test drive the car. Tom greeted me warmly and after a few preliminary questions we got in the car for a test ride. My trade was quickly appraised and Tom fully explained the Certified Pre-Owned program and financing options. I had been pre-approved through my local bank but Tom secured a lower rate through MBFS. We came to a pricing agreement and struck a deal for a 'spot delivery'. Tom handled the fine details (insurance binder, title, tags, and associated paperwork). I was given a cursory operational hands-on tour of the car before departing for home. All in all it was a stress-free sales interaction that was a byproduct of Tom Cola's sales professionalism. Tom understood from our first contact of how to treat and listen to a luxury car buyer. In my view a successful sales encounter is a balanced 'win-win' for both parties that results in a fair transaction. I visited five other dealerships before going to RCMCC and meeting Tom, he was far and above the most professional, knowledgeable and competent sales consultant that I met on my odyssey of finding my next car. Bravo Tom Cola, well done! More

I drove up from South Jersey even though I have bought high end luxury cars from over 8 dealers, I haven't had the great experience I did with Tom! True Service Excellence! He really made everything very quick and simple from any other cars I have ever purchased! He is at your service and I felt like a VIP. I would buy from this dealer just from the personalized service and dedication I have received from Tom. More

Amazing service Tom Cola told us he'd handle everything after we purchased our GL 450 over a year ago and he has gone beyond delivering on that promise.
