We never felt rushed and he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and took the time to explain to us all the different options we had. He directly worked with my insurance broker to ensure all the paperwork was ready to go before we got there. It was such a pleasure dealing with Tom and I would encourage my friends and family to deal with him personally. Truly an amazing experience.
