Great Car, Great Service, Great Price I had been considering an Audi, but my personal experience, and that of my immediate family, with MB's quality and long term reliability lead me to st I had been considering an Audi, but my personal experience, and that of my immediate family, with MB's quality and long term reliability lead me to stop by Ray Catena Mercede's after work to test drive a 2015 E-class. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Tom Cola, who gladly arranged for a back-to-back comparison test drive of an E sport versus an E luxury model. Since I do a ton of highway driving, I was looking for a car with the Distronic Plus system, which is rather rare. Tom brought out a loaded E350 sport for the test drive and it just happened to be in my preferred exterior color with a custom interior. I had not walked in with any serious intention of finding a car that evening, but based on the car's options, mileage, condition, certified pre-owned warranty, and the pricing Tom provided, I knew a quick decision was needed. I called Tom the next morning and he held the car so I could come in later to see it in daylight and take a highway test drive. When all looked good, he had my 2006 C280 with 165K miles evaluated for trade-in and we made the deal. On top of Tom's excellent service, I know having purchased at Ray Catena that I'll get equal service on the maintenance side, including loaner cars, pick up/drop off, free car washes, etc... Thanks Tom for an all around great experience! More

I had spoken on the phone a few times with Mr. Cola and discussed what exactly we were looking for. My main concern was getting into a car that was safe. Upon our arrival he had a list of cars for us to look at that included every detail we previoulsly discussed . Tom spent hours making sure we got the best rate and into a car we liked. We left happy and with the family car we wanted. He is a great salesman with excellent customer service . He does not play typical car dealers games, instead he is listening what you need and what you want. Next he will tell you, if what you asking is real or not. When he says something he will stay up to his words from the day he said them up to the point when you will drive your new vehicle out of the Ray Catena gate as a happy happy owner.
